A signed agreement between Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and Frances Gumm (professionally known as Judy Garland) outlining Ms. Garland's ability to record four songs for Decca Records while under contract to MGM Studios. Paragraph One states that two of the compositions recorded must be "All's Well" and "No Other One." In the upper right hand corner in pencil appears the note "file Judy Garland - safe 162."
