This example is numbered 3, and is one of eight copies in a deluxe edition printed on Imperial Japan which included an original watercolor by the artist and a suite of color and black-and-white reproductions. A copy of an English translation by Hamish Miles, published by D. Appleton & Company, New York in 1931 accompanies this lot.
