Noskowiak worked with Johan Hagemeyer prior to 1929 and from 1929-34 became an intimate friend and protegé of Edward Weston's. Her work was included in the original exhibition of the f64 group which included works by Edward Weston, Ansel Adams, Imogen Cunningham and others. In his Daybooks, Weston praised her work by saying: Any of these, I would sign as my own. She has been honored with one-woman shows at the Ansel Adams and the Willard Van Dyke Galleries.
