CHOSON PERIOD (15TH CENTURY)
The sturdily potted, oviform body, tapering to a recessed ring foot and sloping to a short neck with everted rim, decorated with a evenly applied, blue tinged, white glaze, the flattened, three-tiered cover surmounted by a knop finial and similarly decorated with an even, blue tinged, white glaze-- 12 1/4 x 9 3/4 in. (31 x 24.8 cm.), rim chip and chip to the cover.
