Of square section, modelled as a dwelling enclosed by the four pierced sides and pierced top, two sides moulded with linked circles painted in cobalt blue and iron brown, two sides moulded with peonies, the blossoms iron brown and the leaves blue, and the top moulded with a large blue carp leaping from blue waves with spume painted iron-brown, the edges of each side and top panel bordered by a moulded 'rope' also painted in iron-brown, the roof of the interior dwelling also iron-brown, the spout of the dropper on one top corner within the 'rope' border, the unglazed foot flat and pierced with four quatrefoil openings- 4 x 4 x 3 1/2 in. (10.2 x 10.2 x 8.9 cm.)
