With inset pierced three-quarter galleried kidney-shaped cararra marble top above a conforming case, the frieze fitted with a tambour door enclosing three short drawers, the right side fitted with two hinged oval compartments, on slender cabriole legs ending in foliate sabots, inlaid overall with townscape, bearing the stamp C.
