Each with padded arched rectangular back flanked by disengaged columns, the bowed seat within a frame carved with beading, paterae, acanthus and laurel, above a fluted beaded seat rail carved with beading on circular tapering fluted legs headed by acanthus, upholstered in brown cotton (2)

Lot Essay

The model of the offered lot is similar in design to fauteuils by Jacob and Sene.
