In the manner of Bernard van Risamburgh, with canted rectangular crossbanded hinged top opening to a mirrored panel and open compartment releasing a fall-front fitted with a gilt-tooled brown leather panel and enclosing one sham above two drawers veneered to simulate one and an open compartment flanked by short drawers, the stand fitted with a frieze drawer on slender cabriole legs headed by pierced chutes and ending in folaite scroll sabots-39½in (100cm.) high, 16in. (41cm.) wide, 13in. (33cm.) deep
