DESIGNED BY CHRISTOPHER DRESSER IN 1879, MADE BY HUKIN AND HEATH, 1879-1883

The ovoid body raised on three angular feet joined by a mid-band, with angular handle, the flaring neck with flat hinged cover engraved with an original stylized monogram, stamped DESIGNED BY Dr. C DRESSER and with maker's mark of Hukin & Heath and P.O.D.R. number for November 12, 1879--9 1/4in. (23.4cm.) high
