The round ewer resting on a flat foot with recessed base with cylindrical rim slanting on the interior and with a raised double ring encircling the body at the shoulder, moulded with a u-shaped handle flanked on each side by two rectangular tabs with recessed inner ring, simulating the hinge of a movable handle, the long and slightly curved spout fashioned with six lobes, covered by a rich and glossy white glaze tinged slightly blue, the flat cover with round knop matching- 7 1/2 in. (19 cm.) high
