A SILVER MUG, maker's mark of Tiffany & Co., circa 1877, gilt lined, with matte finish, tapering cylindrical on part openwork and geometrically die rolled foot, the sides applied with single and double flowerheads at intervals, the front engraved in rustic lettering ALICE RIGGS COLGATE, with tubular, part decorated, scroll handle, the underside engraved with presentation inscription dated 1877--4in. (10.1cm.) high, 8oz.
