TWO SÈVRES CUPS AND SAUCERS
Mid-18th century, one with puce interlaced L's and unidentified painter's marks; the other with blue interlaced L's enclosing date letter Q for 1769 and with an unidentified painter's mark of BD
One painted with a turquoise ribbon interlaced with a colourful flower garland, the other painted with scattered bouquets within blue-line and gilt-dash borders; together with a Sèvres style turquoise-ground bell-shaped cup and saucer painted with panels of vases and baskets of flowers; a Sèvres style blue-ground cup and saucer painted with a portrait of Mme. de Genlis reserved on the cobalt-blue ground gilt and 'jewelled' with a trellis; and eight Paris plates, first half of the 19th century, some with blue crossed lines marks, each painted with pink roses
