A SILVER TEAPOT, maker's mark of Ball, Black & Co., 1851-1876, stamped SUCCESSORS TO MARQUAND & CO, W.F NEW YORK W.F., pear shaped, with incurved corners, on four foliate scroll spreading feet, the lower section chased and engraved with panels of foliate scroll enclosed floral cluster, monogrammed, the shoulder and cover conformingly decorated, with elaborate foliate wrapped scroll handle and spout, the hinged raised cover topped by acorn finial--9in.
