A VICTORIAN SILVER TEA KETTLE, STAND AND LAMP, Sheffield, 1870, maker's mark C F pellet between, tapering circular with broad collar and shoulder, with short scroll spout, the hinged partly domed cover topped by cast floral finial, with foliate wrapped shaped scroll fixed handle, applied stylized foliate joins, the double chained circular stand on three shell footed multi scroll supports, with openwork interlacing scrolls, rocaille and floral apron between, pierced shoulder, with plain burner--tea kettle on stand over handle 16½in. (41.9cm.) high, gross weight 56oz.
