A MOTTLED GREENISH JADEITE TREE-TRUNK VASE, the well-hollowed vessel carved in high relief around the sides with a deer nibbling on lingzhi fungus sprouting from rocks at the base, and with a crane and another bird perched on the gnarled pine branches, the semi-translucent stone of pale grayish-green and greenish-white color suffused with dark brown veins and with areas of russet and splashes of brilliant emerald green color (small repair)--7 in. high
