The rectangular form with relief decoration in three registers, the top with two reeded arches supported by three spiral twist columns centering two stylized tulip-and-urns, above a horizontal register marked, "COM*BAN*NI", above a lozenge form centering the year 1766 and flanked by tulip-and-heart motifs--22½ x 20in.
