A WALNUT AND MAHOGANY BRACE-BACK WINDSOR ARMCHAIR
RHODE ISLAND, 1770-1800

With incised bowed crest above seven baluster-turned spindles braced with two baluster-turned spindles over serpentine mahogany arms with scrolling hand grips above baluster and ring-turned supports over a shaped plank-seat, on baluster and ring-turned legs joined by a swelled H-stretcher (repair to center spindle)--38in. high
