The central printed and hand-written announcement pertaining to the birth of Samuel Erhlichmann (?) on 17 August 1800 to Christian and Rosina Ehrlichmann enclosed by a printed heart surrounded above by birds and flowers and flanked below by two smaller hearts with print filled inscriptions centering two profile mermaids and flanked by two elaborately costumed women, in red, yellow, green, pink and blue watercolor pigments--13¾ x 16in.
