cover TK, clear to large margins, used together with 1841 2d. plate 3, JI, margins nearly all round (just clipped at two places) on 1842 envelope addressed to "His Grace the Duke of Wellington K.G., Piccadilly, London" readdressed to "Walmer Castle, Dover" and endorsed "E. Apostles" at lower left, both with black Maltese Cross cancellations; flap missing on reverse and a little wrinkled and soiled but otherwise fine and an extremely rare combination.
