Comprising tea kettle on stand with burner,?teapot, cream jug, covered sugar bowl and waste bowl; each fluted oval, with scroll wood handles and tapering cylindrical spouts, the kettle on four fluted legs with paw feet centering a circular burner with wood-handled lid, each bright-cut engraved with drapery swags, tassels, and foliate borders, each engraved with a crest, with hinged domed cover surmounted by a bud finial; the tray of oval form with fluted and flaring border with pierced inset handles, bright-cut engraved with swags and foliate borders, the center field engraved with a coat-of-arms upon drapery mantling, each engraved on base CABOT, each marked under base, 1801--height of kettle 13½in., length of tray 28in.
