The rounded molded rectangular top on five columnar stems and molded cabriole legs with scrolled pad feet and casters (lacking leaves)- 29in.(74cm.) high, 139in.(353cm.) long, 54¼in.(138cm.) deep

This table bears a close resemblence to a seven pedestal table stamped 'GILLOW LANCASTER' which was sold Sotheby's New York, 24 October 1992, lot 245.

Gillow was a prolific firm which was founded by Robert Gillow in .... and confirmed to produce furniture until the early 19th century under the direction of the Gillow family. This firm is still in operation.
