T-231 FANS FRANK BAKER CARD
The T-231 Fans series is the rarest of all Twentieth Century tobacco issues. There are only three known examples. This is the only known Baker example and the only Hall of Fame player. The front shows a sepia portrait of Baker in a N.Y. Yankees uniform. The reverse contains his batting average through 1921 and the words I select Frank Baker leading batter of all 3d basemen, packed with FANS cigarettes. In very good to excellent condition with uniformly rounded corners and a slight crease in the upper left corner. One of the rarest Yankees Cards. [W/40]
