Kirk & Son., the other Black, Starr & Frost, circa 1890, each gilding worn, molded oval on oval pedestal base, the base sides and detachable raised cover chased with flowering foliage on matted ground, the body also with birds and vacant cartouche, with two foliate scroll upcurved handles, the cover topped by tendril ring handle--length over handles 7in.
