THREE SILVER COVERED SUGAR VASES, the first vase form, on raised circular base, engraved with foliate script initials, beaded rims, the molded domed detachable cover topped by covered urn finial--maker's marks of P. L. Krider and of Isaac Dixon, Philadelphia, mid 19th Century--9in. (22.8cm.) high, the second inverted pear shaped on raised dentilated base, engraved with script foliate initials, the lower body and cover calyx chased with stylized acanthus, with applied dentilated rim, the molded flat topped domed cover topped by acanthus bud finial--unmarked--7¾in. (19.6cm.) high, the third molded circular, on molded circular base, with die rolled band to base, rim and shoulder, with two part decorated C scroll handles--unmarked--5in. (12.7cm.) high, 44.5oz. (3)
