Wilson, Philadelphia, circa 1831, urn form, on molded circular base with die rolled knop, applied die rolled shell and foliate scroll band to shoulder, with part foliate scroll spout, partly reeded foliate capped scroll handle, die rolled rim, the hinged partly molded domed cover with chased radiating floral calyx to the fluted acanthus bud finial, base rim interior engraved I.S.W. 1831--12¾in. (32.3cm.) high, gross weight 40oz.
