NUREMBURG, CIRCA 1680, MAKER'S MARK IGH (ROSENBERG 4291)
Of cylindrical form, on spreading circular molded base, the sides chased with broad flutes with foliage in between, with scroll handle and V-shaped spout, the domed cover chased with a border of leaves and with a ball thumbpiece and ball finial, marked on base, also struck with French control marks--5 in. (12.7 cm.) high
