TWO DAVENPORT OVIFORM VASES with richly gilt swan's head and anthemion scroll handles, painted with loose bouquets of luxuriant garden flowers, the reverses and waisted necks gilt with cornucopia and baskets of fruit above scrolling flowering foliage, with richly gilt lower parts, spreading circular stems and square bases chased with anthemion at the angles (one with small chip and hairline cracks to base, the other with repair to one handle, crack to other handle, chips and cracks to lower body, chip and related crack to stem and chip to base), printed marks, circa 1820
