Of compressed oval section, boldly carved in high relief on the exterior with an allover pattern of dragons contesting and chasing flaming pearls, borne on a dense ground of layered lingzhi-form clouds, and emerging from rocks enveloped by spume-flecked waves at the base, the carving continuing onto the base as a spiral of incised waves, the incurved rim plain, the opaque stone of mottled dark-green and blackish-gray tones--12in.
