HOKUSAI: koban (21.3 x 15.3 cm.); a scene of two young women in an interior, one kneeling holding a wooden comb and her long hair, the other standing holding a length of pink ribbon, from the series Haikai odamaki "Haiku series" [Dr. Lane] or "A long parodic series" [Mr. Hillier], subtitled Shokubutsu no bu "The natural history section", signed Shunro ga and published by Tsutaya Juzaburo- very good impression, half of title rubbed away, slightly faded but generally good condition
