The deeply-carved C-scroll and foliate crest above a leather-upholstered back flanked by ring, block and baluster-turned stiles over downswept and outward turned molded arms with scrolled handgrips above baluster and urn-turned arm supports and leather over-upholstered seat, on block and baluster-turned legs with ball feet joined by a scrolled and foliate-carved pierced front stretcher, block and baluster-turned side, and baluster, ball and reel-turned medial and back stretchers (upper left crest volute replaced)--51½in. high, 27½in. wide, 18in. deep
