The rectangular hinged top with applied molded edge and painted rectangular reserve opening to a compartment fitted with a lidded till above a conforming case, on a molded base and bracket feet, the entire surface painted with stylized peacock feathers, the front panel with two painted rectangular reserves beneath an illegible inscription and the date '1768'--23 ½in. high, 51in. wide, 24in. deep
