(13 5/8 x 8 1/8 x 5/8in.), original tan morocco, upper cover with large onlaid black calf cross outlined and shaded in gilt and gilt-lettered "The Revelation", the rest of the title lettered in blind on an adjoining rectangular onlay of brown calf, outlined and shaded in blind, the lower cover with similar smaller onlays bearing the imprint, title gilt-lettered along spine, turn-ins with triple gilt fillet borders, t.e.g., others uncut, slipcase, gilt-stamped on lower turn-in: "Blair Hughes-Stanton Gregynog Press Bindery George Fisher", covers slightly soiled, spine a bit darkened, cloth slipcase, LIMITED EDITION, NO. 13 OF 18 COPIES IN THIS SPECIAL BINDING, from the edition of 250, printed on Japanese vellum in black and Tyrian red, 41 wood engravings by Blair Hughes-Stanton, of which 13 full-page.
