Delicately enamelled along the exterior with a continous scene showing a multitude of finely painted birds, including large pheasants perched on weathered rocks, waterbirds foraging in the reeds and ducks swimming, a peacock and peahen and smaller birds hovering above or perched in the boughs of trees or blossoming bushes, the interior with a gilt and iron-red border above a clump of spring flowers, together with an antique carved hardwood stand with four scrolled feet (one hairline crack)--15¼in.
