Château Mouton-Rothschild--Vintage 1982
Pauillac, 1er cru classé
Lot 133 in original wooden case
"Opaque, purple-colored showing absolutely no signs of lightening, Mouton's 1982 is the most backward wine of the vintage. Still tasting like a 4-5 year old Bordeaux, it will evolve for another half a century. Is it the modern day equivalent of the 1959, or is it closer to the immortal 1945?...I have always felt the 1982 Mouton was perfect, yet this immortal effort might be capable of lasting for 100 years..."
6 magnums per lot
