signed Vauchez A Paris, circa 1780

with gilt full-plate movement, fusee with chain, verge escapement with pierced continental cock, dumb quarter repeating on blocks, the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, later blued steel moon hands, case with rope-twist band, split-pearl-set bezels, back decorated with blue guilloche enamel, dial and movement signed - 37 mm diam.
