Circular, the body applied with a sleeve of Baroque scroll and foliage, on gilt ground, the detachable cover finely engraved with various symbols of Love and Marriage, the interior gilt.
The inscription reads: "Ein Vernünftiges Weib Kombt Vom Herren Und erfrischet ihres Mannes Herz Und erlüstiget ihm Wiederümb So er betrübet ist" - 7.6cm. (3in.) diam.
