Each on hexagonal base with gadrooned borders and chased with panels of shells, scrolls and flaming torches, the hexagonal stems cast and applied with female busts and panels of diaperwork, the vase-shaped sockets with panels of similar diaperwork and rosettes, the bases engraved with a vacant lozenge-of-arms beneath a Marquis' coronet, marked under bases and in sockets - 22.5 cm (8¾ in) high
