by the Imperial Porcelain Factory (overglaze mark), (period of Nicholas I), dated 1831

The centre painted with a military scene of the Imperial Guard Hussar Regiment, the gilt ciselé borders embellished with double-headed eagles and military trophies with laurel leaves at intervals, the reverse inscribed Soldat du Regt. des Hufsards de la Garde. and signed in Cyrillic V. Stoletov -- 24.4 cm diam.
