James Hardy, Junior was a Bristol artist who exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy (1862-86) and at the New Watercolour Society. He specialised in still life, rustic figures and hunting scenes. Sales of his work were held in these Rooms on 9 March, 1878 and after his death on 4 April 1889
