Blampeid at Basrah, additionally bearing British Occupation of Iraq 1918 4a. on 1¾pi. cancelled four days earlier with a registered Base Office c.d.s.; the envelope, with Opened Under Martial Law label on reverse, a little truncated at sides and creased, nevertheless a very rare and colourful franking.
