First edition; 36 leaves, gathered in 9 quires of 4 leaves, title soiled, with owner's inscription, on verso of title a poem in the form of a 12 branch Menorah, double column, one woodcut head-piece, marginal notes in old hand, staining and browning, upper and lower inner margins of several leaves somewhat wormed, old leather backed paper boards, hinges weak, worn, signed and lightly censored by Luigi da Bologna in 1602, very good condition.
