A DUTCH DELFT BLUE AND WHITE OCTAGONAL ONIONVASE (knobbelvaas), decorated with a continuous scene of; chinese traders, an elephant-driver and a nobleman with his ensign-bearer beside a pagoda, the lower part with Régence lappet border, the long neck with stylized foliage, the upper knob with further chinoiseries below an everting rim (upper part very restored) ca. 1700
