Each with Gothic panelled splat carved in relief with reeded scrolls above an arched recess with double-headed eagle and the initials WP, flanked by grotesque gargoyle and Gothic panelled stile surmounted by acorn finials, the seat etched with an ebonised quatrifoil and waved outer border, above a panelled seat-rail, one carved with flowered guilloche, the other hobnail and flowerhead-filled entrelac, on grotesque mask-headed hairy legs, one with lion-paw feet and the other with goat or satyr-hooves (2)
