The arched pediment with a moulded cornice centred by a mask and flanked to each side by a scrolled bracket, above the entablature with egg-and-dart and dentil carving, supported by a pair of tapering fluted columns with Corinthian capitals, with cherub mask blocks, the arched door surround carved with vines, on breakfront panelled blocks with carved inscription QUESTA FABRICA ET OPERA HA FATTO FAR BOSSO ANTONIO DI CHISOSTOL PRIORE ANNO 1605, damages and losses, the arch cut in two, with later paint and additions
