A detailed scale model of the Danish Naval auxilliary sail training ship Danmark [1933]
with masts, yards, foot ropes, full suit of linen sails, standing and running rigging, bowsprit and gib-boom with dolphin striker, admiralty pattern anchors with chains, catheads, craved figurehead, deck rails, belaying rails and pins, fairleads and navigation lights, anchor derrick and winch, capstan, ship's bell, companionways, rope coils, deck house with open bridge over, with binnacle and cabin lights, stove pipes, water barrels, six life boats in davits, deck gratings, brass funnel with hooter, ventilators, engine room lights, poop deck with double helm, deck house, binnacle and wood capped deck rails and other details. The carved hull with scored deck, carved bow decoration, port holes, three blade propellor and rudder is finished in red below the waterline and white and is mounted on a cradle stand fixed within a glazed display case on a wooden base with legs with five [light ?] switches to front
