Shaped cylindrical étui, the cover and base with four plain reserves each, bordered with bands of trailing flowers chased and engraved in four-coloured gold on a sablé ground, the cover topped by a chased rosette on a star, the base engraved with a coat-of-arms beneath a count's coronet -- 116 mm long
