Cartouche-shaped gold box with bombé sides, the base and sides engraved with flowers, scrolls and foliage, the thumbpiece chased with foliage, the cover chased with scrolls and foliage, set with six silver-mounted diamonds surrounded by blue enamel, and centered by an oval blue guilloché enamel plaque applied with the initials "FM" surmounted by a royal crown, in diamonds, within a marcasite surround -- 99 mm wide
