The bowl decorated in gilt and various coloured enamels with two squares enclosing a parting scene of Kusunoki Masashige and his son, and Rakan and karako, the exterior with multitude of flowers and butterflies, signed Kaizan sei, the teapot with a dragon shaped spout and handle with a battle scene by a lake, (slight chip), signed Dai Nihon Satsuma Getsuzan, late 19th century
