etching with touches of drypoint, 1642, first state (of two), a very fine impression with excellent contrasts and with traces of burr on Christ's right thumb, the delicate lines behind Lazarus's head and those on his forehead still distinct, the sulphur tinting showing quite strongly, with part of an Arms of Amsterdam watermark, with thread margins or trimmed on the platemark, some pale discolouration mostly on the reverse, otherwise generally in very good condition, framed
