Although the above caps were awarded for unidentifiable competitions, it is interesting to note that the first cap bears comparison with lot 205, 10th October 1990, part of the Ernest Needham collection, and may have been awarded to a member of the opposing team. The last cap in the above lot may represent Sheffield and Hallamshire F.A..
